Ms. Williams holds a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Criminal Justice. Additionally, she has a multitude of gifts and talents that span across leadership, which includes excellent assessment and people skills. She is a well sought and respected leader and has demonstrated her skills to develop countless employees for over 15 years.
Tamica has an innate ability to connect with people and is a champion of engagement, which has proven to be a key element in being able to ascertain the developmental needs of many. Her unique techniques have “made the difference.” She has worked as a certified field instructor and a Master Coach of team meetings, where she marries her abilities to listen, speak, teach, and inspire. She is a natural born leader who uses her power of influence to help staff entertain their innermost desires to be great professionally and personally.
