Ms.Williams is an accomplished leader and nationally recognized Workplace Performance and Staff Development Consultant, whose mission is to “Increase staff buy in and maximize workplace effectiveness, balance and performance”.

Tamica is highly skilled in the areas of staff development and in imploring techniques that not only help to improve workplace performance but bring a “harmonious humanness” to the workplace environment.
Ms. Williams holds a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Criminal Justice. Additionally, she has a multitude of gifts and talents that span across leadership, which includes excellent assessment and people skills. She is a well sought and respected leader and has demonstrated her skills to develop countless employees for over 15 years.

Tamica has an innate ability to connect with people and is a champion of engagement, which has proven to be a key element in being able to ascertain the developmental needs of many. Her unique techniques have “made the difference.”  She has worked as a certified field instructor and a Master Coach of team meetings, where she marries her abilities to listen, speak, teach, and inspire. She is a natural born leader who uses her power of influence to help staff entertain their innermost desires to be great professionally and personally. Her effect on employees has proven to be an asset as their competency and productivity levels increase, thereby impacting the flow of work and increasing outcomes.
